Reception in Maritime Surroundings

If you’re looking to host a memorable reception without a formal dinner service, this is entirely possible with us. For shorter events, we can also assist with light refreshments for a few hours. We have standing tables and a fantastic view. Our partner, FoodOccasion, provides the catering.

For a reception, we plan for a shorter event lasting only 2 - 3 hours. If you would like a full event with dinner service and an extended party into the evening, we refer you to our corporate party rentals.

The rental price for a reception at Røylen is NOK 13,900. 

This includes setup with standing tables, damask tablecloths, electric candles, and cleaning of the venue.

All catering at our venue is provided by our partner, FoodOccasion. For inspiration, you can visit FoodOccasion's website. They can also customize menus according to your wishes. FoodOccasion can be contacted on post@foodoccasion.no for inquiries about menus and prices for food and drinks.

It is not possible to rent Røylen without catering from FoodOccasion. Personnel from FoodOccasion must be present throughout the entire event.

Please note that we are closed for rentals during the entire month of July and on red days.
