Conference and Seminar

Our venue, Røylen, has ample capacity for meetings, courses, conferences, and seminars. You’ll enjoy one of the best views of Oslo and the Oslo Fjord from the venue's veranda, and we offer AV equipment with screen, projector, and sound system. The venue has its own entrance for easy access and a private lunch area in the Triton space.

Our seminar packages include coffee/tea throughout the day, fruit upon arrival, lunch with mineral water, and something sweet for the afternoon break.

It’s also easy to combine your meeting or seminar with a cultural experience in the museum’s exhibitions.

We offer various table setups to choose from, as well as delightful hot meal options for lunch.

We have everything you need for a successful meeting!

Price for seminar package: NOK 950 per person.

The minimum number of attendees for the seminar package is 20 people — the group can be smaller, but we invoice for minimum 20 people.

The final number of participants must be confirmed no later than one week before the event. We invoice based on the confirmed number. If we only receive an approximate number of participants, we will invoice for the highest number provided.

Guided tour of the museum’s exhibitions:

For those renting our venues, we offer affordable guided tours of our exhibitions. We can offer general tours or themed tours tailored to your needs.

The price is NOK 1,500 per group during the museums opening hours. For tours outside museum hours, the price is NOK 2,500 per group. We recommend no more than 30 people per group.

Dinner at the venue after the event?

If you wish to have dinner in the venue after the seminar, this is entirely possible.

Our partner, FoodOccasion, handles all evening events for us.

We charge only NOK 8 000 for venue rental for evening events after daytime conferences and seminars. All costs from FoodOccasion comes as additional.

It is not possible to rent Røylen for an evening event without catering from FoodOccasion. Personnel from FoodOccasion must be present throughout the entire evening.
