In the Fjord Café, you can enjoy a wide variety of warm and cold food. How about a warm cup of coffee and a prawn sandwich while enjoying the view of the Oslofjord? Or maybe you want to try our lovely fish soup with a glass of white wine?
The Fjord Café, reopened in 2016, has been fitted with a modern interior that complements the characteristic 1960’s museum building. The lovely outdoor courtyard, with its distinctive triangular tiles, is an idiom of the entire Bygdøynes area and a shape frequently repeated in the interiors as well as the museum buildings themselves.
For large groups, please let us know if you would like to eat lunch in our café when you book your visit. It is possible to pre-order lunch as well as welcome-drinks ahead of your visit to the museum.
